Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of HookM. By using HookM, you agree to these Terms. If you are using HookM for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

HookM provides software for creating AI-assisted ads, scripts, voiceovers, images, clips, and final videos. Some features depend on third-party providers and may change, fail, or become unavailable.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for all activity under your HookM account. You must provide accurate information and use HookM only for lawful purposes.

You retain ownership of product links, product information, prompts, scripts, images, and other content you submit. You grant HookM the rights needed to host, process, transform, display, and generate outputs from that content in order to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed to use any content, products, brands, images, claims, or assets you submit or generate through HookM.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, you may use generated outputs for your business. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, including claims, endorsements, regulatory disclosures, platform rules, and intellectual property issues.

You may not use HookM to violate laws, infringe rights, mislead consumers, create deceptive product claims, abuse the service, bypass security or usage limits, reverse engineer the product, or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or prohibited by our providers or platform partners.

Paid plans, credits, and usage limits are shown in the product or checkout flow. Fees are processed by Stripe. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable and unused credits may expire or reset according to the plan terms.

HookM is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service, including templates, models, credits, or generation providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HookM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost revenue, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of HookM after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
