HookM provides tools for creating AI-assisted TikTok Shop ads from product links and user-provided inputs. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect account information such as your email address, sign-in events, subscription status, credit balance, and usage history. When you use the studio, we process product URLs, product briefs, scripts, generated media, uploaded or scraped product images, and related project metadata.

We may also collect technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, logs, error reports, and actions taken inside the product.

We use information to operate HookM, authenticate users, generate scripts and media, save projects, manage credits and billing, provide support, prevent abuse, improve performance, and comply with legal obligations.

To generate scripts, visuals, voiceovers, clips, and final videos, we may send relevant project inputs to AI and media providers. These inputs can include product details, prompts, scripts, image references, voice settings, and generated assets.

Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe. HookM does not store full card numbers. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers so we can manage plans, credits, and billing status.

We share information with service providers that help us operate HookM, including hosting, database, storage, authentication, payment, scraping, AI generation, voice, video, analytics, and support providers. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep account, billing, project, and generated asset data for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. You can request deletion of your account or project data by contacting us.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use care when submitting sensitive product, customer, or business information.

You can access and update account information in the studio. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data by contacting us at admin@hookm.ai.
